Verbal Consent Script (Exact Wording)
The following is the exact script used by our intake specialist ("Ava") to obtain verbal consent before sending any SMS messages or placing automated calls.
After reading the script, Ava asks: "Yes or no?" If consent is not granted, no SMS messages are sent.
SMS is Optional
Providing a phone number and consenting to SMS is optional. You can use this website and request onboarding without receiving text messages. Consent is not required to use the Service and is not a condition of purchase.
How You Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number and taking an affirmative opt-in action—such as checking an unchecked consent box or verbally confirming consent with Ava—that clearly authorizes us to send SMS messages.
What Messages We Send
- Appointment-related messages (confirmations, reminders, reschedules, cancellations)
- Service and support updates related to your request or account
We do not send promotional messages unless you specifically request or consent to them.
Message Frequency and Fees
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out and Help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email us.
Privacy
