SMS is optional
Providing a phone number and consenting to SMS is optional. You can use this website and request onboarding without receiving text messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and taking an affirmative opt-in action (such as checking an unchecked consent box) that clearly authorizes us to send SMS messages.
What messages we send
- Appointment-related messages (confirmations, reminders, reschedules, cancellations)
- Service and support updates related to your request or account
We do not send promotional messages unless you specifically request or consent to them.
Message frequency and fees
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help

Not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use the Service and is not a condition of purchasing any services.
